Welcome to Crown Bee Aesthetics
Lip enhancement is a highly popular treatment in which Dermal Fillers are used to temporarily improve the size or shape of the lips. Dermal fillers provide a plumping effect and can increase volume and definition, increase lip height, and correct any asymmetry in the lips.
Fillers can also be used around the lips to improve the appearance of Smokers Lines, add hydration, and restore volume lost with age, therefore creating a more youthful appearance. Different products, amounts, and techniques are used during lip augmentation to achieve each client’s desired results.
We also offer the highly sought after Russian Lip technique at Crownbeee Aesthetics, which creates maximum lip height and stunning definition- enquire about our Russian technique today!

Is a non-surgical cosmetic treatment to help patients achieve fuller, plumper lips. These injectable treatments also fill lines and wrinkles and restore volume to lips that have lost their shape and structure as part of the ageing process. Lip fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, a natural sugar protein that hydrates the skin by retaining water and providing structural support to skin tissues. They provide immediate visible improvements to the lips by smoothing wrinkles and improving the appearance of deflated or saggy skin.
Apart from the negative health issues associated with smoking, there is no reason why you cannot smoke after lip fillers Smoking after lip fillers will not affect the outcome of your treatment. However, smoking is known to dry out the skin and has been linked to premature ageing, so we would advise you refrain from smoking immediately post-procedure.
There is no medical reason why you cannot apply makeup including lip gloss, lip balm or lipstick directly after lip fillers. A treatment can leave the lips feeling slightly tender, so it is recommended that you leave it a day before applying makeup to the treatment area.

There are currently no age restrictions for receiving dermal fillers in the UK; however, most clinics will insist on receiving parental consent before performing treatments on anyone under 18. It is important to note that most people do not stop growing until they reach their early 20s; therefore, many practitioners will advise younger patients to go through a thorough consultation in order to assess whether the treatment is actually necessary.
Yes. It is entirely down to you how enhanced you wish your lips to look. The Crownbee Aesthetics team of practitioners are highly skilled with years of experience working in aesthetics. Staff at the clinic pride themselves on their light touch and ability to produce natural-looking results.
As lip fillers are a non-surgical procedure, they require no invasive surgery, cuts or stitches on the lips. Some patients may feel a slight sense of discomfort when having this injectable treatment. But it is usually very mild. Most patients will just feel a tiny scratch as the injection is applied and a tingling sensation as the filler is injected. We can also apply a local anaesthetic to the treatment area to completely minimise discomfort for patients who are feeling particularly anxious.
The hyaluronic acid used in both Juvederm and restylane is made from bacteria, and hence is suitable for vegans. However, other dermal fillers use hyaluronic acid derived from animal sources, so it is best to check first. A secondary consideration is that most pharmaceutical products like dermal fillers go through a period of animal testing before they are considered safe for use on humans.
At The Crown Bee Skin Clinic, our lip filler treatments start from £110. We are one of the leading UK clinics for lip filler treatments, with a 5-Star Trustpilot rating.
In some cases, lip filler patients may experience swelling in the lip area after having the treatment carried out. The amount of lip filler used on a patient can also have an impact on the risk of swelling occurring. This is a completely normal side effect of lip injections and tends to show through after two days of treatment, before reducing and returning to normality after two weeks. If lip swelling does occur, then patients can apply ice to the lips using an ice pack or an ice cube covered in cloth (so it doesn’t stick to the lip and cause pain). This will help ease any swelling, itching, bruising or pain that may occur as a result of the treatment.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
